Did 66km this morning. Average speed whilst moving (ie, taking out the time for a coffee at Southbank..) was 24.2km/h. It felt pretty good. I think I will be ready for the Ride to Conquer Cancer in August. Here is my track.

Just a small group today of Melvyn, Aaron, Paul and myself (Matt also made another cameo before he had to be off elsewhere). I was slow - they were fast. ;)

Average moving speed was 22.4km/h for me over 31.4km - 21.2km/h including stops (but not the final junk food stop at Davies Park Market!). Melvyn observed that every time Paul stopped his Mango to wait for us, it turned out to be a mini HPV exhibition. :)

Im not in a hurry to build up to 100km. But I will definitely do it before August. 

How many people were on the BRAG ride? Do you ride fast?

Oooh I think you just missed spotting our "BRAG" ride 10 minutes later through St Lucia around 8am!
