Completed the Brissie to Bay ride today. The first 75km were great but felt quite fatigued in the last 25km. Pretty happy with how I went, completed it in 3 hours 45 minutes. This was the first ride with my new toy, a Garmin Edge 500. It worked flawlessly including uploading the data to Garmin Connect. And the battery was still over 70% at the end of the ride - much better than my IPhone. Its the first time I have ever worn a heart rate monitor which was interesting. Heart rate maxed at 192…
