":)  Haha. Actually the first shot (without the drinks in hand) looks more natural, but I like the caption."

"I've added a couple of pics from last night to our CBD Grid Supporters album. I have a good one of Thea and Daz too, which I need a caption for. Perhaps simply: Thea and Daz support protected bike lanes in the CBD "because it's just…"

"Hm - a tad confusing, as I understand that the projects are 50% funded by the state government, and 50% by council - so I'm not sure about the $2million awarded to BCC. I've also been trying to find out how (if) this project might fit with…"

Belinda Ward replied to DavidC's discussion Enoggera Creek bikeway: A new serene way to avoid the Enoggera Road crossing
"Thanks. I always find it bizarre that Council go on and on about their great bikeways (many of which are just stencils on the road), but occasionally they do something really useful - and do absolutely nothing to publicise it."

Belinda Ward replied to Rhubarb's discussion Moggill Rd Cycle Bridge Plans - Feedback please
"This is a good point Coxy. Because we're playing catch-up and only building infrastructure once the demand for it is obvious, it is only serving commuters. There were huge numbers of cyclists on the western freeway bike path before the bridge…"

"What type of railing will it have? Most people are OK at keeping left on the Story Bridge - even before the jump-proof railing is installed, so hopefully it will be fine. Damn I wish this bridge was there when I was commuting that way every day. I…"
