This 6-week program is for athletes that want to improve, become faster and more efficient in the water and on the road.
You get 24 sessions over the 6 weeks (4 sessions/week!) – for only $200! Casual rates are $15/session. Each week you will get one run, one circuit/strength, one swim and one cycle session. Sessions last between 1-2 hours. You will be emailed a map of where to meet the day before.
This camp caters for the beginner to intermediate triathlete. At every session we will go over the basic techniques you need to become more efficient and use less energy – so you can go further for longer! It will be drilled into you!
