Try Mountain Biking with a twist!

Are you looking for a great outdoor experience? Well the Multi Terrain Bike Orienteering Club invites you to treat yourself to a morning of fun and adventure in 150 hectares of natural bushland at Murrenbong (Kurwongbah) Petrie on Sunday 26^th February. You’ll need to bring your bike, helmet, and water so that you can indulge in this “good camping place” by cruising along one of three “Come-And-Try-It” bike orienteering courses. The object of the game is to hone your navigational skills so as to seek out strategically placed manmade objects that are white and orange triangular prisms displaying a black number, commonly termed “controls” in MTBO language, which will be hung on natural things. If you love riding a bike, then come along and join us.

Start any time between 8:30am to 10:00am. On completion you will be rewarded for your efforts with not only the success of having completed a MTBO CATI, but also you will be given sustenance by way of a FREE drink and sausage sizzle. So, give it a go, you’ll be surprised at how much fun you can have on a bike!
